I agree with all of your suggestions, and they're good ones.
I think real estate agents might also try the social media site…just for them. It is called Active Rain. It has amazing applications for networking there, sharing relos, and a really easy site to navigate.
I wrote Sold! Direct Marketing for the Real Estate Pro and have so many people calling me from there…it has been great. I'm not an agent, I'm a marketer…but if I was, I'dspend time learning about opportunties there too.
